Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily packhouse operations and staff.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are operational and maintained.
- Monitor production flow, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
Core Competencies
- Proven experience in packhouse or production management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and operational planning.
- Strong practical and technical skills.
- Background in grinding, welding, and basic electrical work will be highly
- advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
